Even on the other side of the world you find winning Endurance Morabs!

AUSTRALIA'S FIRST ENDURANCE MORAB

MENORA FINE FIGURE is not only Australia's first Morab to compete in endurance in that country...she's also a winner. After easily qualifying in her first three rides in 2001, she went on to do the Warrak 80km, the Bright 80km (finishing 2nd), and the Batlow 100km (finishing 3rd). In 2003 she came back even stronger: the Waterloo 100km, the Mt. Cole 160km (1st), the Stanley 80km (4th). She then took on the Shahzada 400km, and finished it in 37.01 hours. Just fifteen days after completing the Shahzada, she was 2nd Middleweight and Best Conditioned Horse at the testing Landsborough 80km (2002 Quilty course) in a time of 4 hours, 27 minutes with an average pulse of 40.03.

The more miles you add, the better she gets - that's a Morab.

Bred/owned/ridden by Pauline Wallace of Menora Morab & Morgan Stud. MENORA FINE FIGURE is registered with the International Morab Registry. She is sired by the imported Lippitt Morgan stallion, Willo Pond Joshua.

THE SHAHZADA 400km FINISH for MENORA FINE FIGURE

Updates will be added for the Aussie Endurance Morabs as we get them...

UPDATE! March 2005 Menora Fine Figure completed a 160km
(100m) endurance ride, taking 2nd place! Her owner/rider tells us that Fine Figure was not really in condition for a 100 miler, but her vet checks were superb, and they kept pressing on.

Picture Coming! MENORA DARK MOON - Australian Endurance Morab Mare

Australia's SECOND Endurance Morab! This young mare is only 7 years old, and has completed eight 50 mile+ endurance rides. She is currently being legged up for her first competitive season, being brought up nice and easy. We look forward to hearing more about this promising girl. Bred/owned/ridden by Pauline Wallace of Menora Morab and Morgan Stud in Australia. To date, the Menora Stud is the only farm that we know of to produce endurance Morabs in Australia.

UPDATE: Menora Dark Moon finished another 80km (50 miles) at a March 2005 endurance ride. She'll be ready for the 100 mile rides before we know it!

THE UNITED KINGDOM IS ALSO DISCOVERING THE AMAZING ENDURANCE MORAB!

Picture Coming! At 20 years old, the ENGLISH endurance Morab mare, ASOKA TOSCA is already retired, but her success continues with her Morab offspring.

WINNING ENDURANCE MORAB MARE, BROADREED ACCOLADE

Picture coming! Out of the English Endurance Morab mare, Asoka Tosca, and sired by a Morgan stallion, BROADREED ACCOLADE is making her mark in SE England. As one rider put it, "She won almost everything in SE last year."

IT'S ALL IN THE FAMILY - BROADREED SILVER GEM

A full brother to Broadreed Accolade, BROADREED SILVER GEM is also carrying on the family endurance tradition in England.
